Account Help
You can contact support if you need help with:
- signing in to your account
- restoring access to your account
- syncing issues across devices
- pantry, grocery list, meal plan, or recipe problems
- receipt scans or product insight issues
Subscription Help
Mise offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store.
If you subscribed through Apple:
- payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- you can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
- refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies
If your subscription is active but Pro features are not showing correctly, contact support and include:
- your device type
- your iOS version
- the email used for your Mise account
- a screenshot of the issue, if possible
Account Deletion
Mise supports in-app account deletion.
To delete your account, open the Mise app and go to the account settings area where the deletion option is available. If you experience any issues completing that flow, contact support at support@themisepro.app.
